السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Galaxy ?What is galaxy A galaxy is a group of millions of stars .A spiral galaxy looks like a huge, spinning Catherine wheel .Most of the stars are in the centre, with trailing spiral arms of stars around the outside. What is Milky Way? The Milky Way is the name of our galaxy . It is a spiral galaxy and our Solar System is in one of its spiral arms. The centre of the Milky Way can sometimes be spotted at night .It looks like a misty streak across the sky. Which is the biggest galaxy? The Andromeda Galaxy is the biggest galaxy of those near the Milky Way. On a clear night , all you can see of this galaxy is a small fuzzy blob, but it has twice as many stars as the Milky Way perhaps as many as 200 billion! There may be galaxies even bigger than Andromeda. How many galaxies are there in Universe? There may be 100 billion galaxies. |
