There are many different ways to manage your time. You can start by listing the high priorities first in a time table or a schedule you make for yourself. The table can be simple showing the to-do list and the time you want them to be done. Doing so, will force you to do the important things first then doing the less important items in the extra time left. Also, one powerful thing you can do is waking up early. That allows you to get as many items done in your day as possible before it's even noon time.
