Guys here are some way to reduce our life stress
1. Go to bed early and get up on time so you
can start the day unrushed.
2. Allow extra time to get where you are going.
3. Laugh. Then laugh some more!
4. Less is more. Even though one is not enough,
two is often too many.
5. Live within your budget. Don't use
credit cards for ordinary purchases.
6. Slow down.
7. Have backups: an extra car key in
your wallet, an extra house key buried
in the garden, extra stamps, etc.
8. Write thoughts and inspirations down.
9. Keep your mouth shut.
10. Take your work seriously, but
yourself not at all.
11. Develop a forgiven attitude. Most
people are doing the best they can.
12. Delegate tasks to capable others.
13. Say no to projects that won't fit
into your schedule or will compromise
your mental health.
14. Do something for the kid in you
every day.
15. Find time to be alone.
6. Be kind to unkind people. They
probably need it the most.
17. Remind yourself that you are not the
general manager of the universe.
